Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. To ensure that your refund is processed as soon as possible, please send an email to service@nettletonhollow.com. The original shipping charges cannot be refunded (note that with the Project Grade items, the $50 shipping and handling charges are included in the product price). If the reason for the return is the result of our error, we will pay for the return shipping charges. If the items being returned reasonably match the description given on the site taking the inherently variable nature of the products into account, and no error has occurred on our part, return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund total.
If you would like to return an item because it is damaged, simply send an email describing the damage to
service@nettletonhollow.com so we can figure out how it happened. In some cases we may ask for a picture or for the item to be sent back to us. We will then refund your credit card or send you a replacement, whichever you prefer.
We are proud to have an exceptionally low return rate, but in the event that you do want to return something, we will do our best to make it as easy and as quick as we can for you.
