How do I return an item?

Returns and Refunds

Most items that shipped from Brooklyn can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund. To return items, simply send an email to service@nettletonhollow.com with your order information and letting us know what you are sending back. Please note that this does not apply to perishable items, such as Pussy Willow.

Items being returned must be in the condition and packaging in which you received them. If the reason for the return is the result of our error, we will cover the return shipping charges. If the items being returned reasonably match the description given on the site taking the inherently variable nature of the products into account, and no error has occurred on our part, you will be responsible for return shipping charges, along with the original shipping charges (or a 15% restocking fee if the item originally shipped free).

All sales are final on custom orders, orders that ship by freight, and those that ship from California or locations other than our Brooklyn location.

If you think an error has been made with your shipment, please send a description and photos that clearly show the issue to service@nettletonhollow.com.

If you would like to return an item because it is damaged, simply send an email with a photo and a description of the damage to service@nettletonhollow.com so we can figure out how it happened. We will then refund your credit card or send you a replacement, whichever you prefer.

We are proud to have an exceptionally low return rate, but in the event that you do want to return something, we will do our best to make it as easy and as quick as we can for you.
